Otaku Review: Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law(PSP)
I'll Take The Case!
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, a crime video game based upon a cult TV series of the same name, is centred on ex-hero Harvey Birdman. I say ex-hero because the whole series is a parody of itself. The show involves many Hannah Barbera characters and different crimes in which they have become involved in. One of my favourite is the old question regarding Shaggy & Scooby. Were they just hippies with the munchies? Well, they are put up on front of the judge for that said crime. The main character of the show is Harvey Birdman, who too did have his own show in the 60’s. To be honest, it is a show I had never heard of, until I started watching this. The show finally ended when one of the main cast moved onto a bigger things. It was disappointing that the show ended and I wondered if there would be anything else. For a while, there was no answer until I stumbled upon the PSP version of Attorney at Law. It was a good few years after it originally came out and the reason why I was unaware is that it was only released in the USA.Friday, 13 June 2014

News: E3 Day 0 Round Up
Well Day 0 is officially over and what a long day yesterday was but it was worth it. We were treated to four press conferences showing off what developers have in store for us over the next 12 months.
There were a lot of heavy hitting main stream games announced from all sides including the rumoured Master Chief Collection on the Xbox One, a Rainbow Six Reboot and a release window for Uncharted 4 (which looks fantastic).
The only conference to show off some niche titles was the Sony one. This is no surprise as they are really pushing new experiences on their consoles.

Review: Drakengard 3 (Ps3)
How to train your Drakengard
When you think of classic Square Enix titles, most people would instantly say Final Fantasy & Dragon Quest. If you were to ask further you'd get Kingdom Hearts, Parasite Eve & Dragon Quest Monster, if you chose to go even further you'd get such gems as SaGa & Terranigma. But there is a small amount of people who would say two particular titles, Nier & Drakengard.
While not the most prolific series in SE's locker, the series does have a rather large cult following within it's fans though the series was thought to of ended with the death of Cavia & the poor sales of Nier. Imagine the surprise when Drakengard 3 was announced featuring talent familiar with the series including it's unique & creative director Taro Yoko.
How does this out of nowhere follow up to the Drakengard/Nier series stand up?
