Germany’s USK rating board has sprung up another localisation rumour.
It looks like Mages have plans to release the PSVita beat ‘em up, Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds, overseas. Mages has already released the title worldwide on the Xbox 360 & a Vita version has been available in Japan since March. No confirmed word on a release date as of yet.
