The game is set to feature all the additions to the Ps4 version that Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends Complete Edition saw (cross-play, cross-save, enhanced graphics etc) Tecmo Koei have yet to announce a release in the west for the title, but it may be on its way to the west if the German & Australian rating board leaks are anything to go by.
