Since then when have heard nothing, we have seen the release of Etrian Odysessy IV, Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers & been given a release date for EO 1 Remake.
Nintendo & ATLUS have both been very quiet in regards to this title, up until now. A PR guy from ATLUS when asked about the title on Twitter replied saying that he can't answer questions as the title is still in negotiation.
To go alongside this Sega Europe responded to a Tweet on the subject
Could there be an announcement soon?.
My personal feelings are that with Sega buying ATLUS and building on it they may publish and translate SMT IV under the Sega Europe branch!
