Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart also rumored for PC release via ESRB.
The new screenshots released showcase a few special abilities for the game, but its the ESRB rating for the game released at roughly the same that that will interest most as it lists both PC & PSVita on the rating. Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 was recently released on Steam, with Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 and Fairy Fencer F still in the pipeline from Idea Factory on PC. Hyperdevotion Noire is set to launch for PSVita in North America on February 24th, and in Europe on February 27th (March 4th digitally)
